
Joyce IVF- A well-established business wanted to further build and grow its customer base through sustainable engagement programming across all of its social channels with a focus on the upcoming summer season. The end goal was to establish a new identity, raise brand awareness and interact with the right consumers online to create brand advocates based on data and analytics.
This summer, Webocity celebrated the successful completion of its first IVF centre engagement. Webocity collaborated with Joyce’s management organization for a little over a year to create this fresh, irreverent and standout hospitality brand.
Webocity kicked off the engagement by using their proprietary social analytics in order to understand its target audience. Results from the analysis shaped customer personas as well as key elements of the brand.
Identity design came next, with our talented designers creating a playful and colorful logo for the brand.
